1. General Policy

All purchases and service agreements with Global Innovation Solution are subject to this Refund Policy. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described herein. We strive to deliver exceptional results — and in the rare case something goes wrong, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

* Government/filing fees paid to third parties (state agencies, USPTO) are non-refundable once submitted.

3. One-Time Project Services

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before we have begun work on your project (within 24 hours of payment and before any project kickoff), you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.

Work In Progress (Partial Refund)

If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work not yet completed. The amount refunded will be calculated as follows:

After Delivery

No refunds are issued after final deliverables have been provided and approved by the client. If you believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us — we will work to resolve the issue through revisions.

4. Monthly Support Plans

Monthly plans (Silver Care, Gold Growth, Platinum Scale) are billed in advance each month.

To cancel a monthly plan, provide 14 days written notice before your next billing date.

5. LLC Formation & Trademark Registration

Important: Once we have submitted your LLC formation paperwork to the state or your Trademark application to the USPTO, the associated government and filing fees are non-refundable by us, as they are paid directly to third-party government agencies.

Our service fees (separate from government fees) may be partially refunded if work has not yet been submitted. Once submitted, no refund is available on our service fee.

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date or delivery date, whichever is earlier.

9. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
