By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Global Innovation Solution's website (www.globalinnosol.com) and all services provided by Global Innovation Solution ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Global Innovation Solution provides the following services:
Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual project agreements or invoices provided before work begins.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payment links may also be sent via email for certain projects.
Work may be paused or withheld on projects with outstanding balances. Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per month.
Important: Final deliverables (website access, files, accounts) will not be transferred until full payment is received and confirmed.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your plan or proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included scope will be billed at an hourly rate communicated in advance.
Timelines are contingent upon the client providing required materials (content, images, credentials, approvals) promptly. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted delivery dates.
As a client, you agree to:
You retain ownership of all content, logos, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of completing your project.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom-created deliverables (website design, logo, branding assets) transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or code that we use or develop independently of your project.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, client lists, financial data, and technical specifications. This obligation survives the termination of services.
Global Innovation Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
By Client: You may cancel services with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun (see our Refund Policy).
By Us: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if: payment obligations are not met, the client engages in abusive or unlawful behavior, or the project requires content that violates our policies or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable US law.
